Our manufacturing knowledge dates back to our business origins in London before the First World War and, through acquisition, to 1857.

As well as medicinal caustics, we manufacture medical devices and pharmacy sundries, many of which are listed in the UK Drug Tariff and extensively exported. Typical customers are national health services including the NHS, hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, distributors, retail pharmacies, medical practitioners such as GPs, podiatrists and veterinarians, and complementary therapists.

Other products manufactured by us include Portia Vaginal Ring Pessaries, eyebaths and British Standard Glass Measures.

Many of our products are supplied under own-label arrangements with customers in the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Poland and the Middle East.
